      Well put - in fact, this approach was very much influenced by concepts from harm reduction.     It's the first time I'm learning about disgust-based OCD. I believe I might have it partially, if not entirely, alongside my OCD.

    What about disgust based social contamination. As I have fear disgust in social situations and ERP doesn’t work it makes it worse. Exposures make disgust worse
