How great would it be if we could get a pdf/written documnet for all this information so we can refer to it and the videos before it

Before Starting Dua
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْئَلُكَ بِاَنَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ لَآ إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَريْكَ لَكَ الْحَنَّانُ الْمَنَّانُ بَدِيْعُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ يَاذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْاِكْرَامِ
(حصن حصين)
O my Lord! I ask of You because all praise is only for You. Besides You there is none worthy of worship. You are One. You have no partner. You are most Beneficient and Most Favouring. Only You created the skies and earth without any previous example (uniquely). O Owner of Greatness, Grandeur, (favour) and Bestowing!

Can we make Dua in any language, inside the salat?
I dont know the answer but I suggest you take some time every day to memorise ad3iyah. It is easier than u might think and makes u feel closer to Allah
