Is it in that specific order or could I first seek istighfar, then send blessings on the Prophet ﷺ and third ask Allah for personal affairs? Jazakallahu Khair

Before asking for your personal need say La ilaha ila anta inee kuntu min al dhalimeen
      And Rabbana 5 times
And Ya Arhamar Rahimeen 3 times
      And Surah al Fatiha
And make dua for your parents
And for your deen and akhira
Aafiyah in your body and being free of sins
And finally make dua for the needy and weak amongst the Ummah
Then ask for your need, repeat as much of the above as possible at the end of asking your need also!

When Shaykh says Allah swt either accepts all dua or rejects it all, I was wondering, I have noticed a lot of the duas I made for my loved ones at umrah being accepted alhamdullilah wal shukru lillah, does this mean all the dua I made will be accepted bi’ithnillah or was something different meant by this phrase? BarakAllahu feek!

Please tell us if its allowed to say oh allah make this happen at for example a direct time?

Thank u for the beautiful question. One of the ettiquettes of making dua is to know that Allah swt responds to every dua, but it is his will that he places the answer at his destined time - because Allah knows what is best and we do not. In short, have patience (lots of it) when making dua and if it’s seems that it’s not being answered, then there’s hikmah that whatever that is being asked of is being withheld for your own good which we may not understand yet. A Mukmin is never hasty and trusts in Allah’s will fully.

@@information3427 Feel free to ask for anything. Again, Allah is the best of planners. He knows the unseen and we do not.
There is a sahih hadeeth, which reminds us that even if all the humans and jinns (of past, present and future) were to do their very best to make dua to Allah swt, he would be able to accomodate all of them, and it’ll verily be like a pindrop in the ocean for the almighty and the majestic one.
