Urine is more yellow in the morning as the water level is low at that time and the pigment level is higher. We don’t drink water in the middle of our sleep so the pigment level becomes higher leading to a more yellow urine. The more the yellow urine is, the more the water is low and the less the the yellow urine is, the more the water is high.

Morning is when your urine will be most concentrated. So, if your morning urine is a pale, straw color, you're probably well hydrated and healthy. At bedtime, it should look as clear as water or at least pale yellow. If it doesn't, you may need to boost your fluid intake.

The reason why the urine becomes more yellow in the morning is that it has less water content as we had not consumed water the whole night for which the bilirubin is in more amount which gives a concentrated colour

I think that , the urine that we excrete in the morning is more yellowish in colour because at morning we would be using up more oxygen for several usual function to perform in our body.
Due to which the possibility of the RBC to get wear-&-tear is more.
Thus , more number of such RBCs would need to transform into the discolouring agent "Urochrome"..........
So the discolouring agent "Urochrome" would be more in number as well as the diffusion of those urochrome would also be high in the urinary bladder.
Thus , we get a comparatively more yellowish urine in the morning than any part of the day..........

Urine that we pass out is more yellowish in the morning because during night we barely drink water so the water level in the body will drop. Therefore to maintain osmoregulation in the body the kidneys i.e. the nephrons absorb more water as compared to that during daytime. Thus our urine will be more yellowish in the morning.

The urine get more yellow in the morning BECAUSE at night, when we are sleeping, (our body converts the old blood cells to the bilirubin, and then converted to the urochrome) this process, our body does it much faster than at the day. So more urochrome is produced which makes the urine more yellow.
