- In todays video i will be going over many different statistics and analytics to decide if krunker is dying or not. i go over the playerbase, and over the content produced for the game on twitch and youtube. just a quick note to the people mentioned in this video (sillyaw, kashy, kappucino, etc) that their inclusion in this video was not meant as an attack but to be used as examples to prove my point. i respect all the people mentioned in my video.

I would love for yall to comment why you think the game is dying. I did not try and give any reason for this throughout my video, but i would love to hear yalls thoughts.
1. no content = less cc = less promotion = less people knowing "Krunker" = no new players
2. playing the same stuff for 3 years will surely make you bored of it, like a sexy woman will not be sexy the whole life since she will get old. Krunker is not sexy and fresh anymore and there is no point to keep playing it and grind.
3. only like 20% of krunker players are able to get those Luner weapon and those challenges require you to grind, eventually that 80% will quit gradually
4. hackers in krunker are lot more than other games I've played, kpd is not enough to fight against hackers
5. Rank could save krunker from dying but there is too many problems with it (hacks, booster, unbalanced matches, leavers/afk)
Besides from those reasons above, the devs really don’t listen to the community much and keep giving us stuff we don’t want. They barely implement the highly upvoted suggestions in krunker bunker too.
Map making is not as glorious as it used to be too since map makers are not motivated to make high quality maps, instead they see Kr as an incentive and make low quality fun parkour maps more

updates started making the game worse, fixing bugs in the game that were interesting and hyping up events with bad reward, now you can easily get items in krunker and the good OG players, like myself have all quit because of what happened to the game. example the ads aim from 0.0-1 now 0.3 its terrible, after not playing for 500 days + i tried krunker out and its so much different. moonjuice revamping pub maps ruined my stance on the game and made me hate playing maps

I think once walljumping was implemented, things started to go downhill. New maps were released, new classes, but the main thing that killed the game for me was the hacker situation. Nearly every lobby has either a smurf or a hacker. Eventually I got tired of losing nukes to hackers joining and quit. I wish things were like they were in S2 and S3, simpler times. Respect to those who can still play the game without having a mental breakdown after 10 minutes.

Shotgun killed krunker for me. Left krunker last year in September, best decision I made.
thats very ture, hackers drove a lot of people to quit but also i think it was the updates that killed the game. Cuz for such a long time there were no updates and when they finally updated their game it was mostly half thought out things that didnt really add to the game or make sense for it. Even tho there were some good features mixed inbetweener because of all of the misses and lacking in new content it didnt leave the game much room to grow
are smurfs even that bad, i mean if theyre a good player and wanna play on an alt or guest i dont see an issue.
@@browncow1563 I think it’s more of an issue in games like Valorant that have skill based matchmaking. Though it is annoying to run into smurfs in Krunker Ranked.
you are mostly right about the current situation of krunker and it's community. I have also posted many issues I faced when playing krunker 1 year ago on reddit. I miss april 2020 :(

Jokes aside, I miss some parts of 2020 krunker and don't miss some parts of it. I do wish all of the huge content creators came back. That's probably the thing I miss most.

LMAO this is SUCH a reach. Krunker has consistent updates, stable servers and solid class balancing. You cant expect krunker to impliment basic content updates like triple A games do. Just say you are out of ideas.

I think people just got too bored. Too many update breaks and no new content for cc's. So when they started quitting, the others did too. They found new games they began to like and sticked with them even when krunker started with the new big updates. It was just too late

the main cc's just didnt want to upload krunker anymore ig. But I think krunker will start to gain more players and viewership as long as there is a constant update. And krunker will reach another prime era if the cc's rn are still playing and making content for the game till then.

Back in the old days getting into a full lobby was quit common. Now a days I'll get in a full lobby once a week and it feels so weird bc there are so many players
I quit the game due to how shit the development is, full of bugs, they would rather add 50 different skins and some weird editor function than properly fix the game, make lots of wrong decisions, no anti cheat or garbage, zero class balance where ak and smg just shred everything as well as everything else getting nerfed as well for some reason while these classes don't, if they do it's usually a shit nerf, like a 3 bullet removal to an ak, which lets be honest does jack shit.
Ranked was cringe ever since i remember it with zero matchmaking diamonds playing against silvers, just so many issues in general that were never actually even touched in order to make 200 more skins that no one cares about anyway because they are below the legendary tier. Whenever you tried to mention any issues in krunker bunker people just called you a hater and banned you, it's rather cringe at this point and there's nothing left for this game if development and moderation don't improve.
Only times i could actually have fun playing the game was doing pugs with friends and even so the tickrate making me hit a legshot while my crosshair is on the head or a headshot while my crosshair is on the leg and the inconsistency of it made it insanely annoying to deal with. In my personal opinion the hitbox size is perfect for a game like krunker, the only problem is hitreg which is lets face it is so bad it feels like it was never touched ever since the first line of code was written, and that even might be the case.
Krunker had a chance to become a huge game if it was lead the right path due to unique and interesting it was, but it was all ruined as the game itself was never improved, or not at least in a proper way. This is my view on this game that I used to play for a rather long time and just gave up seeing no improvement and constant annoyment from the bugs and hitreg that were never even thought of being fixed as well as the insane class imbalance that made playing rev a joke because you'd shit on everyone with ak or smg 3x harder anyway.
I've also found that a lot of krunker content creators that our now uploading new games are struggling to find a new game that they could really hold onto like they could krunker. Their videos are getting more views but it seems like a lot of them are struggling to find a new home. For ex: Sorable and now Big Luis as they seem they cannot catch a break with any other game making krunker a sort of deathtrap for content creators
agreed. this is a huge issue that is very hard for ex-krunker ccs to overcome, only people off the top of my head i can think of that are doing well after krunker are zed, fortysevens, and jcstani.
I think the game started dying because of the still rampant hacker problem and the overall lack of skill celing. Then FRVR came and pissed on the grave with S&P speed cap, deag and sniper nerfs, and addition of the walmart zeus. Not to mention the god-awful face cosmetics.

Ofc it’s dying, it’s just like any other game. The worse thing is that the twitch numbers are inflated, if you ever noticed that krunker partner streamers have around 100+ viewers yet their chat is about 12-15 people. But you look at any other person without the partner, less than 30 viewers. Ofc the partners have a bigger following and that, but it just makes me suspicious that yendis are viewbotting their partners to keep the game seem more alive. This is just a speculation but it’s too suspicious for me. I get 10-15 viewers on krunker yet only 2-3 chatters. But from this who knows what numbers they could be inflating? Yt videos could be viewbotted and player count could be even lower than the 3k, how could we know? Obviously I’m not saying that this is true 100% but the game has quickly died out ever since 2021, it’s the same old same old yk. I love krunker and it’s the game I have made the most friends on, but I would prefer to see realistic stats on the current activity of the game, not a boosted stats to make us not worry about how many players we are getting. And to be controversial, I now think that yendis is trying to milk the game of money before it dies, selling skin packs now rather than item shops and making nfts, (I don’t know about the new dev/company stuff so this might be wrong) but with also the new dev/company coming and buying part of krunker it makes me think yendis is getting prepared to leave and try and develop a new game. This sadness me that one of the games I’m best and well known at is slowly getting milked and dying, however that’s what happens to games yk gotta deal with it. Great video, keep up the good work.

I think a big thing we forget about is covid and the impact that had on gaming. You hear ppl say oh minecraft is dying or fornite is dying. But really when u look at it, the amount of people playing these games spiked massively in covid because of lockdowns and lack of wanting to go outside really. so now that life is normalizing theres things people would rather do than game. most of the time player levels are higher than pre-covid times which is intresting because you would expect people to be extra intrested in doing normal non-gaming things as they have the first time in a long time to do these things. Tl;dr Player counts seem low coz covid artifically inflated player counts around the world, so people so basically every game is dying
i definitely agree that covid had a huge impact on the playercount, but i dont think covid ending is the only reason the game is losing players. if you ask around on reddit and discord, there are a couple things that have caused everyone to leave and i might eventually make a video about it. its very interesting how the game has died because youd think that with waaay more content and polish than the game used to have that players wouldnt complain (and even with the end of covid the playerbase would get bigger), but all i see now is nostalgia for the "old days".
@@Photek24 yeah def not the only reason, its kinda wierd coz i do agree the game has only gotten more polished and the devs have worked hard for there to be more things to do. Maybe it just boils down to krunker not being a game with a really long shelf life for most people, and that because its simple, they move on faster.

idk im now grinding in this game cause its satifying af im actually pretty known ig and i think its one of the best games to play for grinders but my opinion is that everyone seems the game just like a „browsergame“ not like fortnite. krunker isnt doing anything for entertaining and thats because the averageplayer havent fun of it if you dont pay you probably cant trade and if youre not good theres nothing you have fun about yk

1. the game has not changed . no new ways to play
2. too much hackers
3. lack of useful update
4. fucked up weapon balancing

if you watch for a few more seconds you can see that i explain that the screenshots were probably taken at different times of day for each person. one of them was probably playing during the most active time, and another during the not active time.

Yeah, its not your game, you dont have to worry about keeping the content in game. Also how many CC early access or help to make/fund vids happened after the promise the frvr integration happened.
The downfall of the game was inevitable as the first huge hit was Frosty and then other content creators just fell out of love with the game but I'm happy that someone is still active

No update in a month, we only got skins and shit bundles, and the servers are horrible, its unplayable, it deserves to die
TBH the moment they added FaceIt into Krunker, the game is already dead, a total hatchet job. There's much more fun playing Pickups that used to have Krunker Esport to boost the game than Faceit. Don't need to talk about the GAME itself too... use to get 280 FPS, now can't even reach 150.

people have been throwing ideas at at the wall and suggesting things for years, yet nothing has changed. wingman, sorable, honestgamerguy, etc. everything that gets brought up just falls on deaf ears and gets ignored. merely making a video on ways to improve the game unfortunately wont cause any change to happen, unless literally every content creator made a video on the same topic, which will never happen.
@@Hyperion4K yes. The game needs a total rework and new and trusted Devs who actually care about the game. Not a huge Dev team, KRUNKER isn't that big of a game they should start of 10gamemakers and 1 or 2 of which just collect ideas from the community

no real updates, servers are dead both playercount and performance, more hackers than legit players, lag making peekers adantage insane (and with snipers being able to 1 shot you unless you literally prefire every corner with perfect accuracy.
the most players ive seen online at once are like 2k and the majourity of those are either mobile players or cheaters

yep lol, i dont know if there is any way for us to actually see how many players there are, so for now i will just give the devs the benefit of the doubt. im willing to bet a large percentage of that number are either bots or fake.
