Lovely bike. Always liked the odd CC displacement for enduro bikes of that era to meet with racing categories of that time. The Suzuki TS185ER is another example of a more road-biased enduro bike. The IT175 and PE175 were the better spec machines with quirky displacements.
I just bought a 78 dt175 in working condition for $100 USD so it's quite ugly and I would love to restore it or do a cafe racer type conversion on it, though I'm admittedly a terrible mechanic though I could probably do a great paint job on it. I wish I was acquainted with someone who was more than a hillbilly armchair bike mechanic
I had a silver 77 or 79 model very dependable and great running motorcycle. Yours is a beautiful bike well taken care of. Thanks for the memories
Thanks 👍 brilliant old bikes
Best bike!
