Yamaha DT125 MX - Walk Around and Short Ride Out (Classic Motorcycle)

In this video, we do a walk around and short ride out of this 1979 Yamaha DT125MX, Monoshock. She's from 1979 and was, originally, registered in Italy. She's in great condition for a bike of this age, rides nicely, but the front brake could do with a little attention.

Sounds like some piston slap going on in there, check those crank seals too, wouldn't be surprised if the stator side seal is leaking a little.

Good spot. We hadn't noticed but I think you're right, they're in the wrong place...

Great video, I bought the bike after viewing this video, Charlie is a great guy to do business with and described it well, I’ve been out for a few rides and can confirm it rides really nicely, I had noticed the rear indicators where positioned incorrectly however it’s an easy fix and I will be correcting it, cheers Paul 👍

The front indicators are also meant to mount on the handlebars not the headlight brackets.
