Melatonin gives me horrible headaches, I saw this at target and bought it, it’s my first night trying it, tasted good the mint one and I’m currently waiting to take effect, I took the 6 sprays and it’s been 2 hours and nothing yet no sleepy at all
@@sid5945 i didnt take this one, but melatonin spray is very effective actually. I wouldn't say that it helps with my insomnia since i haven't seen a big change about it because of the stress school causes However, it helped me have a great sleep and feel fine in the morning and not overly sleepy or tired which happens a lot to me.
Melatonin has not been effective for me. The lavender sounds strange, but I would try out the mint. I don't like the side effects either. I take 100mg of Trazadone at night, which works most nights, but it takes longer than it should for most people.
I really like sprays (I already use a mint one as part of my sleep routine) and I love lavender so I'd be very interested in trying the lavender one, despite the morning grogginess (which I already have so am not too worried about).
Wow! I never tried a melatonin supplement at all. I dont like hearing about the side effects. I her headaches sometimes, and sleep often relieves it. So, I would be afraid to try it. Maybe i would try 2 like you suggested. I so love your calming voice though :)
Looks like a great product for anyone looking for that. I have never had any luck with melatonin and gave up trying. The sprays do look interesting and lots of great info but the side effects are a bit scary
I've never heard of a melatonin spray, but the pills have worked wonders for my nephews. I'll have to ask them about the weird dreams and grogginess mentioned here...I do know they won't be going for that lavender either!

I've tried melatonin but it didn't work well for me. But I AM THE SAME WAY when it comes to my mind going crazy as soon as I close my eyes. I'm interested in the mint spray though.

I take my melatonin spray earlier in the evening. It helps to not be foggy the next morning

I don't use these products to enhance sleep but know of alot of people who like them. This spray seems awesome!
The mint flavor seems like it would be nice. It is nice to know that it works to help you fall asleep quickly.
I struggle with insomnia and get about 3-4 hours sleep per night, this might just be what i need. I’ll give it a go.
Would love to know how your experience was..

Trazadon is heavy duty stuff cant compare it to melatonin, dont take Trazadon to long it will be super hard to go back to not using it ever again…

I like the smell of lavender but I've never had a desire to taste it. What were they thinking?

I have tried other products with melatonin did not work. I would not like the side effects of use so I will try meditating.
The prices are unreal. I get 400 capsules of 0,5mg (66 Servings if you take 3mg per Night) for just 10€.

Will be back in 5 days to tell if it works well for me but i watched this and how rogan talk about this so i figured it was worth a shot

Is it safe to use on kids between 2 to 5 ? Please reply 🙏🙏
I would recommend discussing this with a medical professional before giving to children
