greetings from Singapore, sometimes I have neck pain, one my friend recommend me foam pillow, is it good?

What is so bizarre to me is Brooklyn is the only brand on earth that cant be bothetrd to list the neasurements of their queen and kong pillow sizes. That is why i atumbled on your video because your "queen" in no way looks like the real length of queens aka 28 inches long and absolutely looks like a standard size. Having real queen latex pillows currently from an amazing brand that was discontinued i wanted to buy 1 replacement but needed a matching size. Why they would hide neasurements is beyond me! 😂

Just got mine! Slept on it for 2 nights so far. Have found it to be very comfy but wouldn't rate it softer than average. This is a proper medium firm. I'm a lightweight side and back sleeper so may feel it differently from other weights and body types. With only 2 inches of comfort foams, the coils feel very supportive to me. I'm certain it will soften up over time so I'm not worried, plus I already like it so if it softens just a little it'll be PERFECT ;) The little bit of memory foam hug is a nice feel but doesn't envelope you like crazy. It's kind of goldilocks for me!

The very next day, May 22nd, I called for an update, only to be told that they had just started creating the mattress! How can it be ready to ship one day and just starting production the next? To add insult to injury, they then claimed it would be shipped on May 25th. I was skeptical but hoped for the best. Within an hour, they called again and said it wouldn’t be shipped until Tuesday, May 28th, or possibly even longer. This level of dishonesty and incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. PlushBeds has shown a complete lack of respect for their customers, blatantly lying about the status of orders and shamelessly delaying delivery. I’m convinced this company is running a scam, taking money and stringing customers along with false promises and outright lies. Every single employee I spoke with, including the managers, fed me different stories, proving that dishonesty is ingrained in their business practices. PLEASE READ - This has been my only way to provide a real review about the Emma Mattress as its been impossible to leave it anywhere else. I will give you my Non-paid review. This mattress is good for people who sleeps on their backs or belly. This is not a good mattress for people who are side sleepers. I suffer from back pain also, and I can tell you that it works wonders, as I don't have any more lower back pain (its been 3 months since we bought it - Emma Hybrid Comfort King). However, the real problem starts on your shoulders and hips. This is a almost firm mattress even though is promoted as a level 5 (0-10) firmness, I think it should be a 7. Also, for women who experience hot flashes or just hot sleepers, this one its not as cool as it claims to be. But, the best thing is that you have 365 days to try it out. So, after 3 months we are returning it.
