Marvelous 3 at Minton Homes

This video I had just planned on sharing with some friends of the home I am planning on purchasing. When unable to just share on FB I put it on here. I have started watching Manufactured Homes Videos and have come to love manufactured homes after growing up hating them. This Home is a TRU by Clayton Homes called the Marvelous 3. It is at Minton Homes in Oxford, Alabama. I plan on doing some more of their homes in the future, they have been great people to work with. Very helpful in getting me into my new home. Thanks for watching. I wound up switching which home I am going to get. I went to the Boone instead. It is $15,000 more than the Marvelous 3, but a little bit better quality. I really loved the Marvelous 3 and believe you will be happy with it. Let me know how you like it.

Has anyone purchased this home yet? What are your thoughts? Would you buy it again if you had to make the decision?

Someone did purchase it a month or so after I made this video. I didn't purchase and up graded to the Boone model which I have on my channel. Personally, I wouldn't with what I've heard from other people, it is a lower quality home, the sinks and faucets are plastic, it's not as insulated as the others, it is the base model. I'm glad I found the one I did, I wouldn't go with anything less than like the Epic Series. Shop around and you can find some good deals. If you live in Alabama or west Georgia, check out Minton Homes they have some great deals as well as several other places.

I purchased this model. Still haven't moved in yet. We should be moved in by the first week of Jan. I'll let you know how I like it
