- Where Jono's skill as a builder and Eva's eye for design meet, something beautiful happens. Together, they have lovingly crafted the tiny home of their dreams. Now situated on an idyllic country section, this home is a true beauty to behold.
With elements of country-cottage and Scandinavian design, the home is spacious, stylish and charming throughout. It's bright, light exterior makes for quite a site surrounded by the lush green of a small country farm and with the dramatic backdrop of the mountains in the hinterland.
Upon entering this home, you'll find an incredibly clever lay-out and design ideas which are the result of years of panning. These are only overshadowed by the sheer beauty of what they have crafted together. Truly a spectacular home.
Originally built for just Eva and Jono, the tiny house has recently become a family home with the addition of their son.

can you talk about your personal tiny home in a video going over pros and cons and tips/ tricks with a detachable trailer base. Such as did you document the build process and materials to help insure it? do you have anything in mind for future trailer upgrades to improve your current home and how could viewers go about designing and building a tiny home of their own that can swap trailers and detach from them. Lastly how much weight should you look to have in a tiny home able to detach from its trailer without worry to it twisting or being a worry for tipping. Really just looking for your thoughts and insight on this trailer tiny home combo, I'd love to do a 30ft + gooseneck trailer with a detachable home base that could attach to a trailer

I agree it is a beauty!! I could see them making one of those walkways (that goes from loft to loft) and enclose the other loft for the little one. I can definitely see them make it work, especially since he's a builder & the ceilings are 14' . 😊🤷🏼♀️

They've been living in the house for 4 years and still in looks newly built. Well done! I love how they designed their kitchen and that they placed a window in the living area. The window added so much brightness to their home. And their bathroom is really beautiful.

Eva & Jono are such a lovely couple, who are so clearly partners. I love the looks on the baby’s face when he looks at his parents. This home is so beautifully & thoughtfully designed. Beautiful! I personally would like a smaller kitchen, but my partner would disagree. But the bathroom!!! That is the roomiest bathroom in a tiny house I have ever seen!!!
I’m looking forward to videos about this couple’s next steps as they continue to accommodate their wonderful little man and his needs. As creative as these folks are surely they will figure out even more ways to keep the little one safe as he grows and changes.
This space is so delightful; it represents compromises and mutual accommodations in imaginative ways between two loving adults. Now they’re going to be continuously schooled by their son. I’m quite sure they’ll figure out next steps. They have the ongoing opportunity to think they might maybe know what they’re doing only to learn yet again that the little people don’t come with user manuals or warranties. There’s even more laughter and say what coming their way.
Rasa and Bryce: hopefully you already have plans booked to check back in on a regular basis. Thanks for this joyful video.

After designing a home of my dreams, I'd groan at the thought of having to go through it all again but not these two; they've embraced the new challenge with gusto & if there are any niggles they've discovered along the way, they can re-jig them with the next one. Jono's building expertise & Eva's design skills have resulted in a truly stunning home. PLEASE DO REVISIT THEM IN THE FUTURE, BRYCE & RASA.

I thought the same. Take out the couch add a doorway and put another tiny with a lounge room and two smaller bedrooms on the back.

This video kept me smiling! The home is just beautiful. It's so well designed AND decorated. Even the cat was adorable. But the person who stole my heart was their baby! Those blue eyes! He was a mini version of his father, for sure. Honestly if that was my home I think I would join the pod (painted to match) to it with an enclosed verandah and just stay. Such a beautiful and well thought out design.

I know I've said it a few times now but THIS HOME IS THE BEST EVER!!!! 10/10 ... Classy is the word I would use here and elegant. Love the bathroom tiles and compilation of circle in the lounge (mirror, clock, wooden feature) the only down point for me was the light system it just looks too big for the space and it just doesn't go with everything else... such deep drawers and the hallway wardrobes very classy. The bedroom is gorgeous.
Jono you are an amazing builder, well done you!! And Eva you should write a book on Tiny Home designs...lovely ideas. Love the outdoor area and the clever hidden bath. I really liked that you took the wood burner out because of your child, having suffered burns as an infant I can relate to that in a major way. Jono I love how you play with your child (often its the woman who just stands there holding the baby) and the fact that you defer to Eva whenever Bryce asked you a question eg "can we look here, can we look there". I can see the love. The whole home gives a impression of spaciousness. And the price is amazing too.

This house is Gorgeous!!! By far my favorite tiny ever. This kitchen is not like a typical tiny at it…VERY spacious! Just love the idea that the kitchen faucet from Ikea in Sweden set the whole tone for the house! Awesome!!!
Also I just love the openness of the bathroom. It is a wet room, but the neatest one I have seen, big house or tiny. Just a fantastic design!

Such harmony in this design. Escpecially the bathroom is amazing. The symmetry and colorscheme, and the wide open shower place. Finally someone that gets the integrative thinking of space and function. This is how space gets double. Really good thinking!!!
