I followed the no contact rule for a while and just made more damage to an already very complicated situation, it caused more bitterness, it created much more distance between us and at the end it made it us so difficult to reconnect....Be careful with the suggestions all there over online...

It is possible to build up emotional connection through text msg (difficult tho in my experience), and then ask for meeting.
What can you do to build an emotional connection if you’re blocked everywhere
Me and my ex went to NC, 1st month she was really distant, wouldnt wanna talk to me, (we saw each other bcs our flat but only 1 day a week), she wouldnt wanna tell me things, then went hot&cold.
After a month, she started texting me, and aranged coffee and tennis match. I arrived and she started crying saying she went to her bad habbits again (over eating etc.) would tell me it’s me, but we spent almost a week together, and if u saw us, you wouldnt notice we are not together.
Then i left, and she texted me “idk what is right or wrong, idk what I want” etc. In 2 days I came again cuz we aranged it, told her I wont go into it, but I know it was about me a joked around a bit - she did as well.
Now, we r meeting, she obviously realized some things, as well as I did, and we greet with kisses, we have s*x, we r sharing things, it’s probably even stronger then in our relationship. Things r going well, I just dont know how much longer I can prevail not labeling our things and just “enjoying the moment”. Could you help me, where would be the right time? Also, we go together on holiday in 3 weeks

Yes, but she told me she doesn’t want relationship right now, just out of blue. Yet she’s not acting like that, so I hope it’s just a little push back because she’s just thinking about future and is afraid (I think) it won’t workout.
But I will adress it after out vacation, just to say I think it needs to get up a level to try things together, don’t have to label it just yet, just need something so I know it won’t be like that year, two and then she’s gonna be like “yo, we were not together and I met someone new, bye”. What I have realized after watching all these videos and being heartbroken is if that person loved you, they wouldn't have left.
Things get tough times get tough, and you work through it. If your ex has to go through all these stages to realize they "love you," maybe they never did. You shouldn't have to play mind games with someone you want to be with.
This day and age there are millions of people find someone else. Most of the time they will leave you again.
That's not true. Sometimes people just don't know how to deal with everything in their life at the same time and things fall apart even when you love each other. Every break up is different
Not true! We loved each other madly but unfortunately there was a terrible misunderstanding that caused a big heated argument where we said and did things that we regretted later but caused a big wound... And a terrible break up... We are trying to repair and heal...not easy though 😢
