Their Animation Quality seems pretty freaking alright tho? Most 2D Studios nowadays wouldn't be able to do that anymore. Maybe because of Budget and Time Problems but still 0-0
Actually it's also because they tend to use digital animation shortcuts which tends to restrict what they can do with the animation. Like if you look at MLPFiM, which was animated in flash and compare it to the movie which was done in _hand drawn_ 2DCGI you can tell the show is a bit limited by its medium. It's the reason the fandom goes nuts every time they see a face that uses (a) new symbol (s)

My grandparents had a VHS with a lot of their cartoons on it, including Mighty Mouse. I remember watching that so many times. My personal favourite was a cartoon about an egg who gets hard boiled.
Their animation is so unique and interesting, I love it.

I *love* old and obscure cartoons. There are a lot of gems from decades ago. I personally like the ones from classic Fleischer Studios like Betty Boop and Popeye and Superman, but Terrytoons had some good stuff too. I'm happy to see other people looking at them.

I'm glad that you made this, this was a very interesting retrospective of this company that I personally never heard of even though they were one of the first animation company's ever. I am also impressed by how smooth and well done the animation for their cartoons are, it's impressive for them being the "tiger electronics" of animation at the time.

You know, i really like that saberspark does stuff like this. The whole “making a video” just for the studio’s history and trying to get the credit it deserves for its effort. Its something i can appreciate about this guy because it shows he doesn’t just care about whats #1, since just because its not the best doesnt mean it isnt good. Good job man.

I miss cartoons like these. They had so much anarchic imagination, such great slapstick, smooth movements and great music.
Why don't we make cartoons like these anymore? Today it seems like every single cartoon needs to have a plot and character development and stuff. That's all fine and good, but sometimes you just wanna see something fun that doesn't take itself seriously... at all.
Where the plot can just be resolved by beating the shit out of the villain. Where the focus is on the imaginative animation, not the plot.

Serious and thoughtful cartoons are definitely valuable and I wouldn't want them gone, but not every single show needs to be that way.
