You made a great looking model out of a not so great kit! Nice job & thanks for sharing!!!👍👍
thank you, and thanks for watching.
Very sweet. I dig it. Great details with the lights, floorboards, shifter and grill. Subtle, but very nice.
thank you glad you like it.
Great unboxing and build, looks great with all the things you did to it to make it better
thank you very much.
The transformations is awesome.
That little "vent" at the front edge of cowl reminds me of the Ala Kart body. I think chopping the windshield was a huge improvement. Very nice!
thanks for watching, yes I was thinking much the same if ala kart….
Nice work. Well worth the effort. Thanks for sharing.
most welcome Michael
That bump on the cowl tells me the body was an Ala Kart mold. You made a great looking hot rod out of this Roy. Ron
thanks ron, much appreciated
I wasn't impressed with what you were pulling out of the box for your review but what you made of it came out real nice. Nice build! Thanks for sharing.
Alan, yes I wasn’t too excited to begin with but I’m happy it turned out the way I wanted it too
I think this kit was originally released as a dirt track roadster in the early 50s which explains the odd cowl.
Funny how the artwork on the box shows an early cowl.
In accuracies between the box art and what was actually in the kit are why we got the boring boxes with pictures of the completed model in the 90s
I think you’re exactly right- I’ve heard much the same from others about the pictures of the models (and of course seen them in the 90s too)
You did your own thing and looks great
thank you william
👍👍👍👍 Thanks for sharing
you’re welcome.
Roy you did a fantastic job and looks Damm nice after you got done with it!
thanks. I actually thought I lost the kit but here it is.
Very nice work on your '29 "T Rod", I'm slowly picking away at this kit and I'm glad I found your video because it looks like it's lacking on some points. It is a rather old mold too so "season to taste" on this one! Happy modeling!
Very nice job!
thanks Dan
Love that semi-clear windshields that Lindberg provides. Looks like they took one of their 1/32 kits and embiggened it to 1/25. Really good job on your kit. Odd that it didn't have a tranny. Subbed and hit the bell!
yes, I could see them doing that, thanks for commenting, much appreciated, and welcome!
Cool 😎
thank you!
Wow! What a weird kit! Whoever approved the artwork for the box really made a mistake. The body looks like the Ala Kart model A body. You did a beautiful job on that Hot Rod!
thank you, I wasn’t originally too pleased with the kit, but I’m glad what I had worked out.
I have that kit in my stash. The box art always puzzled me as the last year of the model T was 1927.
yeah, I wasn’t quite sure about the box art either.
👍👍👍👍
thanks.
Looks like an Oldsmobile like the Beverly Hillbillies truck.
it does in a way.
