I worked for them as a Field Services Supervisor for the delivery teams and they are a great company to work for but I’m not a fan of their beds or adjustable bases. Sheets cost way more than any of other stores on the planet. I suggest buying the mattress first and try it out bc it can be returned but the bases are yours after you purchase them.
I bought a sleep number bed about 12-15 years ago. Loved it. I down sized from a queen to a twin. To me these are the best hands down. Would purchase over and over again. Thanks Sleep Number you all are great. Delivery was awesome. Was contacted and kept up dated about the delivery ❤
SLEEP NUMBER ,I HAD MINE FOR 5 YEARS, ONE FACTORY ONE TIME REPLACEMENT AND THAT WENT BAD THIS MONTH MY SIDE WENT COMPLEATLY FLAT AND THE WIFE SIDE HAS A SLOW LEAK. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR TOO MUCH TROUBLE CAN'T REPLACE, USED MY ONE TIME REPLACEMENT DISPITE BUYING 2 CALF. TWINS JUST FINISHED PAYING OFF LAST YEAR
I saw in the literature that if the bed is flat, it will adjust to the sleep number is best for you. So you can have auto adjustment, or raised head/feet, but not both.
I was gifted one, the I8 with the flex base i Believe. Looks like that can be the frame itself. How did you pick your bed frame. Doesn’t it have to be a particular frame to work with the functions of the sleep number
I was too quick to purchase this bed. I guess I trust the company. Also, my daughter's co-worker owns one and she told me that she had no complaints. I received mine; a Queen I10, three days ago. The first night was perfect. The second one was not so good. Maybe I still have to get used to it. I sleep alone, but I heard that these beds are not recommended for couples spooning on these beds. They were not designed for that. They are only to sleep. Each on their side. I received my mattress and so far so good. But still not sure how long the fun will last. I hope it last since the bed is not cheap. now I m noticing a few complaints from people on the product that scares me. Since I already made the investment, all I can say is what Donald Trump used to said "Let's see what happens" 😳
We have had ours for several months now and we love it! We have had to make a few adjustments for comfort but nothing major! We opted to not get the split bed because of spooning reasons and we haven’t had any issues. I will say that our sleep numbers are similar so the bed adjustment amongst each side is minor!
@@ShalekaKnows Just bought the i10 flex king. The insider code or military code was the best discount available for this bed as opposed to what the promos were for Memorial Day. Went with the flex due to when I snore my position needs to be raised higher than my wife’s. Did not want a full split so this version worked best for us. My parents have had one for 18 years and still going. And brother and I grew up with one. We’ll see how this goes. At 9500 I’m hopeful this lasts at least 20 years.
@@dclassics831 I hope you have an excellent experience. I have so far, especially because my husband snores and I’m such a light sleeper. I think that was the highest level one. I wanted that one but our budget of course said no so we went with the ILE!!!
Is your headboard from a sleep number store? I bought the brackets from sleep number and wondering if I can use any headboard to attach to the sleep number frame. Love my bed just need to finish it with a headboard.
Sleep number beds . Biggest ripoff ever. The initial comfort is good. But for long-term sleep.. terrible. Unless you want to wake up with aches and pains don't bother.

I have both… . They style of bed the ILE has both features

Did you get the headboard at Sleep Number?
No we got it from a local furniture shop. However, measure to make sure the bed fits in the fame you are going to use

The pump is not loud nor did it interrupt my sleep!!
The pump should not come on except when you are adjusting the firmness.
It doesn’t but people have said it was loud when it does come on!
