I was just coming back to pogo last year and I wasnt aware of how many events were happening, I discover com days by chance, cause I notice a lot of the same pokemon spawning at my local mall, discover the community but missed the rayquaza raid day because I didnt even know it was happening, I played back in 2016, lost my account so with a fresh new iphone I jumped back, excited for this one :D
That’s exciting. I came back in 2022, it was amazing to see what the game had become! I also lost my old account so had to start fresh. : )

if you figure out a way to retrieve your account from 2016, every single Monster from 2016 will be lucky if you trade it to your new account.. i was able to recover mine with my Cubone and Bulbasaur from 2016 :D

Unlocks are available for everyone. I would imagine it would function like a normal raid day, so free event but with the usual add on ticket.

I didn't hear the source ever posted? Not saying I doubt you. But could we get the source? I say this because at the beginning of every season they announce "Save the date" for weekend activities such as this. How can they post a "Save the date" for something that may/may not happen (assuming this is an Ultra Unlock)? Unless if there is some kind of contingency plan that the leaked info links to?
Well Ultra Unlock goals are set low enough that they are basically guaranteed. Niantic has the numbers for whatever goals they set and they set the goal low enough that it will be met. It was leaked to me so there is nothing I can point you to.
That being said, because they don’t own Pokémon, they likely have a contingency plan anyways since someone else could nix their plans.

I mean that’s definitely a personal choice. If it’s a guaranteed lucky trade I’d go for it. But again it’s a personal choice.
Keep in mind this is leaked info so nothing is 100% set until official announcement as they could change plans. But it is highly likely to happen and they’ve clearly being building it to it with other two of the weather trio having primal raid days already.
Also the last Ray raids were Go Fest 2023. : )

Always a tough call on those ones! I did the same with my 13-13-13 shiny Ray. So I’m also basically at zero for candy now lol

Sadly that was not part of the leak, all that was said about meteorites was that they would be available so at least one. I’m hoping for more.
If I get more info that’s reliable, I’ll make another video about it. But we might have to wait for the official announcement for details like that.

The leak is real, that part I can assure you. But it is still a leak, meaning Niantic’s plans could change. But the leaker said it’s very likely to happen.

Meteorite really for EVERYBODY or for "everybody" like how Diancie was "for everybody, unless you already got one and you get 25 candy, even if your Diancie isn't optimal"
All I know was that source said it will be available. If I had to guess it’s for everybody though. Some people got several from in-person events so my guess is everyone globally would be able to get it.
If you already have one, then... you have one thus be8ng for everyone. That said rayquaza and meteorites have never been one of items in pokemon go like mythicals are

@ilusomu Mega Rayquaza has only been out once before and that was during GO Fest 2033. Those raids gave mega energy.
Regular (non-mega) Rayquaza had been in raids plenty of times but as they aren’t mega raids they don’t give mega energy.

It’s a leak so ya, there is nothing to link to as leakers like to remain anonymous. The source said Niantic plan on having Rayquaza Raid Day as part of the GO Fest unlocks and that at least one meteorite would be available. That’s all the info I have.

Ugh that’s rough. I’d say save up coins from gyming and invest in remote passes. There’s a couple months to save up at this point. Raid days usually mean a remote raid increase to twenty per day. So you can do a lot of remote raids if you have the passes.
There are discord servers, Facebook groups, subreddits, and apps for the purpose of hosting and joining remote raids. So you could not only join remote raids but host your own. There will be high demand for invites, I am sure.
Our discord has a channel for this but I’d also recommend joining a dedicated raid server, if you can.
@@PocketJonathan42 problem with hosting my own or remote raiding is not having enough people. I mean I barely took down mega Latios with 7 players.
Funny story actually. I started the game. I had a spoofer friend who has the best pokemon. Mega Latias and Latios were released and I was like damn I gotta take that down sometime. Then the Indonesia event happened and I finally did.
But yeah I’ll prepare and pray. Also I’m moving next month so I won’t have any friends to in the first place and idk the pokemon go situation there
@certifiedmanul I hope the PoGO situation is good where you’re moving and there is a thriving raid community you can get in with.
The nice thing about fighting mega Ray is it takes 256% damage from ice types and there are some strong ice types in the game. Latias and Latios only have counters that do 160% damage. 7 trainers with good ice counters should make mega Ray doable.
@@PocketJonathan42 my very ice type attackers are some articunos and a piloswine. Not shadow. I was wondering if ( I know you probably get this a lot and it’s annoying) could send you my trainer code and you could invite me to the remote raids. I’ll do my part and save up.
@certifiedmanul I’ll be streaming the raid day for sure and I like to try and invite stream regulars. I do the same in regular raid streams as well. So feel free to come by streams if you need to get into some raids!

@Sanyguts the leaked info says this is the current plan. So there would have to be a change of plans for it to not happen. But based on this info it’s pretty clear they have been building to this with the Kyogre and Groudon raid days that already happened. So it is not 100% but very highly likely.
