Hi Maggie! Question: I saw your T-Method videos; Can I use that to calculate when a seller wants to net a minimum amount from a sale? (closing costs, and commission percentage included in the problem as well )
Yes, but you will have to add up all the costs first then use the T-method to divide. If you send me an example I can show you.
