    Question asked below about remembering "exact square footage in acres." I had an instructor that gave us an EASY way to remember answer the 43,560.....SEVEN (4+3) - ELEVEN (5+6) - is always OPEN (0).....7 Eleven is always open ☺Hope this helps others as it did me.

      Remember 43,560. Math is only 10% of test though.

    • @USRealtyTraining
      @USRealtyTraining  Před rokem +3

      Right. It's also best to save the math for the end of the test, if the answer is not immediately obvious. Typically, the math problems take the longest to solve and by spending the time on math questions, you might not give yourself enough time to answer the easier questions that are more obvious to you.

      Brokers and sales associate/broker-sales associate as the state exam will pull questions from both exams.

    How did you come up with 11.8 after getting the 1290 sq ft ? @USRealtytraining

    • @2chickenhawks
      @2chickenhawks Před 4 měsíci +1

      1290 divided by 10,890 (43,560 divided by 4) = 0.1184573 = 11.8% (move decimal 2 places to the right) = 12% (rounded up)
