    My work just told me about acrued vacation time. Pretty sure ill have to talk to HR about it here but im curious if the accrued hours is part of the 40 we got or if its part of the 40.

    I made a salary and had vacation days sick days personnel days that were my time to use. I recorded them honestly. When I was on salary. People who have never made salary are trying use it against me now and it's illegal. The people who didnt record theirs comes back in them at retirement time by the companies they work for. They get it back when you try to retire.
