Cheaper in all aspects. But for the price, a better value.
Does it have a memory function? Mine arrived completely discharged and has no memory function. Was it supposed to be?
Yes, it has mode memory. Try recharging it and testing. If yours does not, send it back and exchange it.
what would you say is the best bang for buck under $20 USD?
I still prefer my Lumintop czcams.com/video/FfTViJ7YR6I/video.html as my primary EDC. This keychain I consider as a backup.

What is the run time in lantern mode or red night light?
That I don't know for sure as I haven't tested it. But if I had to guess, +300hrs based on the normal runtime on high beam.
@@MoondogReviews I went ahead and ordered one. Nobody covers run times other than the main light but the secondary features are the main draw to lights like this for some of us. Thanks or responding.

@@MoondogReviews I use the red lights for camping and other night time activities. I'm more interested in the white side lamps though, prolonged power outages happen here alot this time of year.
