First of all Huge thanks for having this channel. Iâm a 32 years old male that two months ago was having high pressure and was border line to diabetes. I refused to take meds and started looking for an alternative, I found âWhat the healthâ and this channel. A month after just eating plant based hole foods I had none of the health issues I was dealing with and lost 15 pounds. I canât explain the amount of energy and overall improvements to body and mind. My journey has been hard but you two have helped me stay motivated and consistent. Thank you!

This is the only WFPB lifestyle channel I actually enjoy watching. Your humor, enthusiasm and humble attitude is refreshing. I've been vegan for almost 5 years but because of this channel I've been trying to cut out more processed foods and eat more whole foods. Your oil free creamy dressings are awesome!

Cilantro in a smoothie = amazing
Avocado in a smoothie adds creaminess and is a good way to use them if they are over ripe (reduce possible waste if they even last that long) this vegan haul is inspiring. Thank you!

Hi there (Crystal here!) I go to a spa where I live called Natural Synergy Day spa and have them done there! The spa is certified vegan and cruelty free, so yes, the nail polish is vegan! It is a gel based polish though and I am not sure of the name! Sorry!

Thanks for all the info very helpful. Have been on Vegan diet for health reasons and father of two . I tell you a great Vegan sandwich receipe which is molded after Jimmy Johns is the following. Sliced a few cucumbers, place vegan mayo on your choice of bread, also place some guacamole on the bread, add the sliced cucumbers with some fresh spinach or you choice of lettuce.

Thanks for helping us fellow Canadians. I live in Mississauga, so I'm fortunate to have all the big stores near me and a lot of Indian, Middle-Eastern, Asian and European markets in my area. The food choices are outstanding. I just don't know what half of it is yet. LOL. Your tahini obsession has me thinking I should have a little competition at work for the best tahini (of course they will have to give me their recipes!).

A convenience tip about CHICKPEAS... I've started cooking mine from dried in my instapot and they taste sooooooooo much better than the canned (plus healthier and cheaper)!
I make a big batch and then put some to have on hand in the fridge for the week and freeze the rest to have "on hand" whenever. To freeze them, I spread them out on a cookie sheet to dry off and then freeze them flat like that first, then transfer them to ziplock or container afterwards. That way they're not all stuck together and you can sprinkle out however many you want to use at a time. To thaw, just put in some hot water for a couple of minutes and they're good to go! :)
Our favorite sauerkraut. Didn't know Cosco has tofu. I'll check it out next time at my local Cosco here in Houston. Also just got a bunch of fabric from my mom's stash and was thinking about making bags. Perfect timing for me to watch you talk about yours to get me making them this weekend! Great video!

The canvas bags are a great idea for grains....I use mesh bags for produce, but wouldn't work for things like nutritional yeast. I think even I could sew some of those up! And the yogurt!! yay!! I love soft tofu in soups...delicious.
