During non-Stellar Outburst, Team Total DMG +15%. When AR is not active, Team Total DMG +30%
SK received yet another weather, which is Destruction (maybe diff name for live later)
Different from Shieldbreak variant, it start with 3 Mech Mobs instead of BIO
But during SK phase, they add one small mech mobs beside SK
This is really gamechanger for HoRb since she relies on killing other enemy to reset ultimate
I'm just so happy HoRb finally gets one proper boss that no one else can take
The fact that the weather is literally Astral debuff, meaning this destruction weather is special to make part 1 stay relevant
I'm liking this change so far, Seele (Life Binder) finally got justice after being neglected for almost 9 months
This account also a bit funny cuz it's so fresh that there's no divine key
Which means I'm losing almost 100 ATK and 4% Physical
But it's for test so I don't really mind much :)

Pretty neat that they have a weather to hard-counter Astral Ring to contrast the weather that is specifically for Astral Ring
Also, glad to see one boss make HoRb's Ult Reset relevant

Yo does this mean Part 1 characters that get new valks in Part 2 will not get Astral Rings?

With part 2 almost dominate every single weather, having this weather would be helpful to make part 1 stay relevant
This patch has more weathers for P1 chars than lantern herself

@@NyllHzri it’s still far for AR physical team to happen anytime soon but who knows they’ve already powercrept most valks with Sena and Thelema
Well, for now, I'm just glad HoRb dps can compete again without Luna stealing it again, then w/e happen after is fine
Life Binder is seriously one of the most wasted form in this game, I don't hope for her to have many boss, just one that I'm able to compete again without alternative valk stealing the boss is already enough for me
