Left lane was partially blocked. Failing at going around, I then sat there blocking the rest of the lane untill someone trying to avoid me spun out.

FALSE! If you hit a disabled vehicle, youâre at fault! If youâre driving at an unsafe speed for conditions and the front of your car impacts someone, youâre at fault! The Mercedes likely was disabled or they were helping out the other car that was disabled, and if the Cammer struck it they would be at fault!
The Chevy Cruze would be found at fault for operating at an unsafe speed for conditions, I would have put the van they hit at fault but they were already in the lane when the crash happened.

It's one thing if your car is disabled but another if you just sit there and you're responsible for an accident when that car smacked into that business van because you didn't want to move until you hear the police are coming. Now that I think of it, she probably had more to hide than that accident if she didn't want to stick around.
I hope the camer submits that to the police station vs the on site cops. They need to take a second look. Inexcusable for them to turn something like that down.

Roundabouts in the US are always a pain. They're not common enough for drivers to be immediately familiar with how they work and I just expect folks to make mistakes, so I give them a little slack if they mess up a lane change or an exit.
Wouldnât it be in your road code, about how to use the roundabouts? We have roundabouts here but itâs also in the road code too.

@@cherk9993 There's no uniform code on how they work here. In New Jersey, the state and/or county posts yield signs on the roundabouts to control entry and exit. Some have yield signs for traffic entering, some for traffic already in the roundabout. Each one is different.

@@dougsmith6262 That would not be wise of you, considering that's clearly a 13th gen F-150 with a gas engine, probably a 3.5L EcoBoost. The F150 Lightning didn't start until the 14th gen, and if you pause on the 3rd still at 2:46 you can clearly see cams, cam caps, cam gears, and timing chains. All parts an EV does NOT have.
By the driver's description and the video progression, most likely one of the turbos had a catastrophic failure and started pouring oil onto the hot exhaust, which is what started the fire.

@2:43 I worked for a pool company that bought Ford Transits straight from the lot (not from the manufacturer) and the one me and my partner drove always had this dripping sound coming down from the undercarriage onto some of the pipes and you could hear an audible sizzle, it would typically only happen after being parked or stopped during a really hot day. Could this have been what happened?
All of the EcoBoosts have various design flaws with them. 4-cylinder models have a history of both coolant and oil leaks, and quite a number of fires. V6's fires aren't as common, but aren't "good" by any stretch of the imagination. they were prone to brake fluid and oil leaks. My guess on this one is it's a V6, a turbo blew and started dumping oil, and the exhaust caught it on fire.
I wonder if the car insurance company totaled that truck....

1:30 I had a vehicle stalled on the freeway and encountered others stalled. Never got mad at someone stopped on the freeway after that. This was 100% on the van not the SUV. The cammer stopped in time and so did traffic behind them. It was only until the van decided to blindly change lanes that an accident occurred.

You escalated it instead of taking your planned exit. You're the aggressive driver here. From their POV, they entered the circle a tad late, got honked at, applied brakes to go around the circle (you took it as them brake checking), and then this aggressive driver comes flying up behind them eating their bumper, no wonder they brake checked you a "second time."
