Ofcorse this is not a silver bullet to climate change, nothing is.
But this is a project we can afford once we stop subsidies to oil and war industry. Cities like these could prove that zero waste and CO2 neutral/negative is possible

It always makes sense. States have the right to place Artificial Islands and structures within the EEZ, next to the Territorial waters.
ONE CAN EVEN build Hydroponic Islands to relieve pressure on Farmland and allow it to Recover.

Well if I read the news Well in 5 years Antarctica plate is broken loose giving the sea-level a 60cm rise. Nothing can be done to prevent that. With the 60cm rise also the once in a 100 year floods will happen more frequent. I would hurry up and just build these in 2 years not 8, 3d print them whatever fastest we can 3d print rockets so also this. Or are we waiting for the flooding first? 🤷‍♂️
The city of the heague in the Netherlands is overcrowded I would say begin of shore there at the peer of Scheveningen. One plus side the Dutch know water.😉
