Genuinely flattered to see my music spread in the fandom. This was a delightful music video! You perfectly captured the vibe I had recording the song, you even caught most of the episode references in the middle 8 (u only missed Warriors "long"est "day")
Noticed Meatwoodflac's rendition substitutes 'far away' with 'somewhere' in the lyrics, but otherwise is an interesting approximation of what might of been:

Tbh I legitimately thought Somewhere was the lyric.
@@meatwoodflacmedia As an interesting tid bit, there are other more famous songs that do a slight substitution that sound equally as good or add a different take. For example, the hymn 'Guide me o' thou great redeemer' has the 'Cwm Rhondda' variation, which replaces 'Feed me now and evermore' with 'Feed me til I want no more'. Both are generally accepted as official 🙂
Wait a minute "somewhere" is the lyric. I'm sure of it. I even just watched the official version and it said it.
I've cracked it. It's the Mandela Effect. Most people remember it being "far away" when it's definitely "somewhere".

Absolutely beautiful :) The footage works with the lyrics so well, especially "When the winds are high," (footage from High Winds) "If the tides should rise," (footage from High Tide), and "if you're trapped, I'll set you free" (footage from Trapped, of course). Overall, it's a well put together AMV :)

That's a valid interpretation, personally I like to think it's a love song from Lilly Lightship to Hercules, in fact when I complete a more polished recording of this song, I plan on calling it "Lilly's Tune (Across the Sea)"

No I wrote them with the exception of the ones that were used in Bigg Freeze
I took the snippet that was used in the episode and finished it based on the sizzle reel's structure. Much like The Old Crow Medicine Show completed Wagon Wheel based on a snippet of music Bob Dylan made in the 70s
