Came here via Reddit. OP was right. Watching this instantly lowered my blood pressure. You are like the Bob Ross of Hot Wheels. Keep doing you, my friend.
I have little to no interest in the Hot Wheels themselves, but I am utterly fascinated by your approaches to restoration and the love and care you put into these. Those things alone make these videos transfixing to watch. Thanks!
Cesar Vialpando i used to turn cars into police cars by painting them black and white and gluing a lightbar to them. i also used to fraw flames on them and replace the wheels
I really appreciate all your videos, but especially the Redline restorations. Your videos have inspired me and I am now beginning restoration on some of my old Redlines. Thank you for the time you put into the restorations and the video editing.
Wow...I didn't think I would like this custom. I've become a bit of a stickler for restorations. But this car is so unique. And you really performed magic on it. Nice!
Nice. At first i was a bit apprehensive about changing the original cool colour. But in the end i really love both of them. I always loved these funky futuristic hotwheels and matchbox cars from that era.
I just threw restoration in the search bar and this came up and I am very fascinated I had no idea people restored old hot wheels very cool unexpected surprise
Your videos are excellent!!! I’ve always wanted to restore some of my cars. Thanks for the clear directions, sources and details!!! Your attention to detail really shows in the final results!!
I think the purple suits the car. It's such an unusual colour, I'm wondering why Mattel didn't release it in this hue back then. Altogether another extremely watchable and informative video, Thank you
oh my god, I've got to get all of my Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars out of my mom's attic! I had bloody ton of those things, plus the little briefcase country and cityscapes!. And the orange tracks with the purple connectors that you could clamp to a chair and race through the loop!
I had this car as a kid and it was my favorite. It is based on a real car made from two cars. You have to check only online to see which two. Great work. I would recommend shaving down the noses of the surfboards so that your boards lay flat. You might also try to notch the sides so they will hold. I believe mine was a metallic green. Again, great work.
This is a really neat hobby! I'd have liked to see the wheels restored, if that's even possible. I did not think they looked new like you commented in the video. keep being awesome!
Found an old hot wheels car at work and the paint is pretty beat up, watching your videos really makes me want to do a restoration. Keep up the good work man I love your videos
Espero haberte ayudado. Saludos.

Every once and awhile a video shows up in your life that you didn't know you needed.
I have little to no interest in the Hot Wheels themselves, but I am utterly fascinated by your approaches to restoration and the love and care you put into these. Those things alone make these videos transfixing to watch. Thanks!
These videos are by far the best in Hot Wheels restoration than I have seen. No one comes close and his techniques are spot on.
I have my old cars from the 70's still. Your videos make me want to pull them out and look at them.

I like it. It looks like a 70's paint job even if the color didn't come out to your liking.
I have no interest or knowledge in cars or hot wheels, but your videos and voice are so relaxing to watch.
Super resto job. Just enough to make the Deora feel like new, without going too far. :¬)
Watching your videos makes me want to start redline restoration myself, but I don’t have to supplies or money to get what I need to strat
I just got one in the mail to restore. I hope mine comes out half as good as yours did. Great video!
As one who's in his 20's, this is my first time seeing a original Deora, as I'm more used to the Deora 2 from my childhood
This is a really neat hobby! I'd have liked to see the wheels restored, if that's even possible. I did not think they looked new like you commented in the video. keep being awesome!
