DIY 6 in 1 Desktop Workstation Repair

Almost a year ago I built a 6 in 1 desktop work station from stuff i had lying around and some cheapo goodies from china. It's Pretty much just one device that has 6 of the devices I usually use built into one. Here I am fixing some Issues that I had with the unit. A broken Potentiometer, and a worn out Soldering iron.
