  • This is a sample of my weekly , Alexander Technique for yoga teachers, where we look in detail at various yoga poses from an AT perspective.
    The goal is not a perfect yoga posture, but a feeling of ease within the body. Applying Alexander Technique thinking to yoga allows the body to keep it's natural length, width and depth, without strain or needless effort. Whether you're a long term yogi or or a teacher looking to develop their skills further, these classes will encourage you to make friends with your body. This can be a truly self care practise.
    These classes are weekly, online; Thursday mornings UK time. Get in touch if you'd like to try a class.
