In this song, "Run to You", "Silent Night", and "Can't Help Falling in Love", Kevin adds his harmony. I have trouble picking out Kevin's part sometimes, but it's subtle and soft and beautiful and completes the song so well.
I think the pop industry is mostly full of untalented musicians / singers but these guys really do break the mould. All 5 are brilliant singers. Really admire their talent.

I think it's part being focused on the harmonies and part having no where to look. In an intimate setting like these private performances, there's really nowhere for them to turn their gaze to, lest they want to make awkward eyecontact or stare at the opposite wall. (oh shit, just noticed how old that comment is, sorry)
