So crazy, Iâve been watching your vlogs all day! Thank you for this inspiration, Iâm an LPN trying to move onto RN and would love to experience the ED!
You got this! đâš
My preceptor in one of my clinical placements was an ER RN with 15+ years experience. She said everytime she goes to triage, she is anxious and later goes over things, trying to mentally ensure she didnât miss something. She said the scary thing is triage nurses who don't get anxious and think they have seen and know everything. This is exciting milestone for you.
Yaaaaay! Iâve been waiting for another nursing vlog đ„°đ«¶đ»

Congratulations on your awards! It is such a good feeling knowing the patients noticed the care given to them đ§Ą
Absolutely! A good reminder of why we do what we do!
Happy Anniversary to them â€â€ I'm trying to get better at math so I can take the ATI exam and pass. đ thank you for your video.
Iâm definitely interested in buying a sweater from your Etsy shop once theyâre available. Thatâs such a great idea to sell them on your store, I love sweatersâ€ïž
I LOVE YOUR DOG! đđ
He's the cutest!
I just love your videos Sierra! Iâve been watching your channel for around a year and Iâm almost finished up with my second quarter of nursing school. Your nursing school videos have been so helpful and Iâve loved hearing what youâve shared about your journey working in the ED. Iâm pursuing flight nursing and canât wait to see what transpires with your career now and in the future. Thank you for sharing your life and your insights! đ€đ©·
Thank you for sharing! Congratulations on finishing up your second quarter in nursing school, SO exciting!
Amazing video!
I just recently passed the NCLEX & Iâm definitely interested in working ER đ Love your channel, especially these nurse vlogs! đ©đŒââïž
Omg thatâs huge!! Congratulations!
I would absolutely love a sweater that's vet nurse themed - paw prints, stethoscopes etc. I'm a vet care assistant (not quite a nurse, yet!) so one without text would be best. I know all my colleagues would love one too
You make a good point. I was at a hospital recently visiting someone who had a room near nurses station. It is tough because you ladies should be able to talk and enjoy each otherâs company while at work. At the same time I felt kinda bad for person I was visiting because she could probably hear talking and laughing at times. Some people donât mind that in their rooms. But I thought to myself, if Iâm ever in hospital, I would prefer not to hear all that. I would want more peace and quiet. Not sure itâs something I could control though. Thanks for thinking of that for your patients and what theyâre going through
Thatâs the complaint I had when my wife was in the ER. It was so late. Like after midnight. My wife was hurt and exhausted. All she wanted was to sleep and rest. But the nurses were so loud there was no way. It was a long long night.
Iâll definitely be buying a cutie sweatshirt from you! đ

You look so much like Olivia from Love Island & MTVâs The Challenge đ„°â€ïž
love your nursing videos so much!! I am in my first semester of nursing school and my goal is to work in the ED, I would love you to do a sit down and tell us about your experience in the ED so far!!
Coming soon, promise!
I will totally support your cozy sweatshirt for Nurses journey!!! Let me know I will be there!

Could you share in your next vlog what you've been reading?â€â€Loove seeing you with a kindle, books are the best!â€âš
Just finished the Knockemout series by Lucy Score! Any suggestions please send them my way đ€
First off, love seeing Camper! (Iâm a golden mama too). Second, love your nursing vlogs! What kind of water bottle do you use?
Ugh goldens are the best! The water bottle is from Ello, they're sold at Target!
You look like Margot Robbie to me. đI appreciated your perspective on nurses lightening the mood, itâs true. Iâve worked with many nurses as a psych tech & we always got chatty. I found you do have to be really mindful of the conversations to be respectful though! â€đ I like watching med professional vlogs.
If you make sweatshirts pls use comfort colors sweatshirts they feel the best ever
Love that brand!
I'm thinking about becoming an emergency nurse
I've never been taken to the hospital by ambulance and hopefully I never have to be but I have been an emergency department The last time I was in the emergency department The doctors and nurses were very nice
Love your videos! Do you guys get actual breaks in your ER? We do not really get a break... we just eat when we have time at the nurse station. There isn't anyone who can relieve us to take a break, to be honest. We never get a real break... I really hope that they will hire more people so that we can have an actual break.
What hospital do you work at? The one I work at they have breaks but theyâre like 30 mins. I just hope the bubonic plague doesnât come thru our doors, there was already a case of candida auris it had everyone scared!
Whatâs your ER level ? Level 1 2 3?
MY DAUGHTER IS IN SCHOOL TO BE A NURSE YOU ALL ARE HEREOS â€
â€ïžâ€ïž
Do you have any advice on how to remain positive at work?
If you need to take a minute, do it. Step away, take some deep breaths & try to bring yourself back to the present moment!
Can you make an ER Tech sweatshirt too!? đ«¶đŒđ€
I appreciate hearing your perspective on lightening up the mood and why that may be necessary in that work environment. Unfortunately from a patients perspective it does feel insensitive. I was with my mom when she had to be intubated and eventually died đ and hearing the nurses laugh and giggle at all hours of the night really hurt my feelings and unfortunately made me lose some respect for nurses. Coping how you need is good. I just wish there was a better place, away from patients for the nurses to do it.
