What i enjoy about your videos is that you focus on the good aspect of being a nurse. I seen many vlogs about nursing being a terrible job that it is scary. At the end of the day, every job, even working at Burguer King can take a toll on you. There is no perfect job, not even influencer "job" I am about to join Sonography or Radiography Techician program but I love watching nursing vlogs as well and sometimes I wonder if I should join nurse program. Keep it up. It is really encouraging to see your vlogs.

Hello :) Just wanted to share this information (not telling you what to do) I was looking information about the nervous system and whole health in general and I found that seeds, almonds, cashews, conventional milk, bread, carbs in general and vegetables can be toxic to the nervous system for SOME people. This because of oxalate overload. I decided to give it a try. I started eating mostly meat and eggs. Eliminated all kind of sugars including juice. All of a sudden I was sleeping better, my hair started to grow back in an amazing rate, anxiety, paranoia feelings in the stomach are gone. Also, I was told my whole life I was going to be dependent on reflux and gastritis medications. Since starting this way of eating I have not had not a single episode of gastritis. Have in mind I am with medication since a teenager and now I am 35 YO. I used to live in the er for bad bad gastritis triggered mostly by anxiety and eating normal. Constipation: gone. Whenever I cheat (candy, gum, pizza) I feel the effects. The anxiety comes back. Trouble sleeping. Eating mostly meat has changed me. I wish I would had started to document all of this. But when you are sick, depressed and anxious you don't want the world to know. God bless, just sharing my experience.

i feel like “sober living” (using that term loosely) is becoming so much more common, & i love to see it!! i had to cut out alcohol probably ~3 ish years ago due to gerd issues, but when i say i don’t miss it one bit, i TRULY mean that. there’s so many alternatives you can get now, and the feeling of knowing you won’t wake up feeling awful afterwards is amazing!

After using uworld twice and failing, I never knew I could ever pass the nclex but today I am very happy. I just passed my Nclex on my third attempt with a great help from Dr Luther🎉🎉

I did home care 3rd shift 12 hour shifts days in a row. I know that dangerous tired feeling driving home. A couple few things i did to get home on my 30 min drive. About an hour and a half to two hours before shift end i would drink a 1/2 of a bang and a 1/2 a green tea, A/C on, and if i was still “dozing” i pulled over or off the Highway for my safety. The other option is to sleep an hour or more before driving home. I crawled in my backseat of my Jeep Cherokee. Locked the doors and set an alarm on my phone. A warm blanket and travel My Pillow is always in my car. You might be able to sleep at work. Be safe and don’t take chances. You are so important and appreciated.

Then you have to pay federal and state income taxes at the end of year. Ugh.

I’ll be trying to pay off that debt for the first year as a nurse. Whenever that happens
