I am definitely a fan of Ultraman. The light up features is the coolest part .
Thanks for reviewing and for your thoughts on this! I personally love it. In the original show run (roughly 66-67) Ultraman suits had 3 types, A-C. All of them had a ton of limitations and imperfections (tears, dirt, etc) due to the time the were made. While I hope I don’t see any significant failure on this figure, I won’t be too upset if there are some wrinkles or even peels. It’s all part of the charm for me. But I TOTALLY get the hesitation with this release. And you’re right. SHF, and Mafex doing Ultraman, those give you more than enough movement if you want. 😊
I grabbed this because I am a fan. I think it's a great representation of the original 'man in a suit' look from TV and movies, it's definitely not the Netflix Ultraman if that is what people are looking for. I do have see many with concerns about the material but I have yet to have any of my Mezco's flake. The vinyl sticker on my black suit spider(similar to diabolik) is peeling at the edges but the suit itself is still fine.. I did start using the 303 I saw recommended in all the Keaton reviews. I think it also displays well with many other monsters from other lines like power rangers. ATM mine is displayed fighting the McFarlane Raw10 Battlesnake
This is possibly a good release. But the stitching in the action figure dollies clothes bothers me.A rubber bodysuit would have worked better. This material cannot be repaired.❤😛
This is one of my favorite super heroes.this figure is way better than mafex.get the box dvd set of him.
This is a great review, I love mezco but I'm always afraid to mess around with them, resulting in them always being in their box. What's the point if you can't recreate the character's gestures and you're afraid to try...
It looks good but I am passing on this due to concerns over the material durability of the suit. As an Ultraman fan, my go-to line for the Ultraman figures is Ultra Act, which is the only Ultraman line I collect bc that was what I started out with (the line has since been discontinued as of 2016 so the figures now are very rare)
Why don't you collect figuarts
@@Ningsoong I just didn’t start out with Figuarts right from the beginning so it wouldn’t scale well with each other
