Thats a great price and seems pretty spot on. People love to chime in and say "I cOulDa bUilT iT foR 100k". Lol, theyre delusional and stuck in the 90s.

I expected half a million! Including land, 300k is impressive.
Looks like a nice build, but the numbers are off somewhere. Those "key expenses" add up to $324.5k. There's usually some miscellaneous costs, too. For example the plans cost $2k.
