Actually, I very much hated her behavior toward the blind woman, but what made me more angry was how the man in the back carried on as if nothing was wrong. He should have spoken up. He heard what was happening and couldn't be bothered to do anything about someone with a disability being abused😡

It would be an understatement to say, that this customer was assaulted and abused. But, what's even worse, no one came to her aide. There were customers sitting and doing nothing. I guess they were with the mindset, "not to get involved". Such is life these days.
Not just customers seeing this woman's extremely poor character and wicked ways, but the other stylists can hear what was unfolding and doing nothing. They should be held accountable as well.
