She deserves to go to jail for treating disabled patients wrong. I'm glad she get her punishment cause she very abusive person and mean.
As a caregiver this was very heartfelt too watch but it usually happens in the medical field . I’m just going too do my part in making sure I play a very good part in taking good care of my patients in the right way
I too am a caregiver for many years. I want to take care of my patients as if it is a family member or even myself.

My patients always love me I’m working with a couple now they cannot live without they said to me you’re an Angel you’re a gem you’re our angel guardian 😂😂😂 they’re always happy to see me I sing dance speak French for the lady she speaks French a little bit once I step in the house this is joy and happiness

Sometimes it is a family member who is mistreating a patient. When I did home care, I had to report a family member for possible elder abuse more than once.
@@PaulaDautremont I had to do the same thing and I reported it my supervisor I was a home care worker. Now that I am nurse I am required to report to the State of Pennsylvania for further investigation.

As a person on the receiving end of home healthcare, it’s scary enough to have to depend on strangers coming into your home to care for you than to have to deal with verbal and physical abuse for no damn reason. Don’t go into the healthcare field if you don’t have the heart for it. You didn’t even know if there were cameras in her home.
Thank God I’ve never had to suffer a person like her but I’m sure some others have. It’s terrifying and disgusting!

I'm a RN and it pained me to watch this. They do know and do find ways to communicate it like when the patient banged her foot on the wheelchair. This caregiver or the horrorgiver was beyond terrible. These patients need the upmost attention and care. They are human beings of God's care. This unfortunately I'm sure does happen. This video should be watched by students going into the medical field. As a RN for 23 years it is very educational to watch. Love everyone equally. ♥️

Thank you for sharing this,letting us know that we’re all just one breath away from being in wheelchairs, crutches, canes or walkers. Anything can happen with in a blink of an eye, that’s why we must treat others the same way we want to be treated, Some caregivers are only there for the money,they care about the person, they are just like this so called caregiver,where is the care,where the empathy and compassion. Remember we’re all just one breath away from the same or worse situations.

This is so heartbreaking to watch, and the crazy thing is, it’s happening right now, as we speak, I remember when my mom was alive, she made us promise, would never ever put her in a nursing home or a caregiver, that’s why I took care of my mom until the day she die

She shouldn't mistreated anyone else they cannot help it it's very difficult job for anyone who works in a long-term care facility and in homes. I use to work In a long-term care facility for 30 years and it's very rewarding and also and very hard work. People that are paralyzed and can't take care of themselves and sometimes they have accidents in which they can't hold their bladder always be patient with them and one day someone my need to take care of you. They may treat you the same way as we're treated them. Good job
As a retired registered nurse, this is exactly how some health care provides treat some of the sick that are in their care. Some of us at this present time treat the most vulnerable population. So sad😮😢
If you don't want to be a caregiver don't apply for these jobs. Some people are good caregivers.

Sadly this happens all the time. I have had friends go through this very thing and it is downright disgraceful. I have even had friends who were robbed. A lot of the time they never even showed up. I had surgery and they wanted me to have a home health aid to come in to help and I told them NO, that I would take care of myself even though I knew I couldn't do a lot. People just can't be trusted anymore, so if you have a loved one who needs care be very careful who you hire or who is sent to take care of them. Even nursing homes are not safe anymore.

If I saw this happening, I’d report it to the proper authorities to have her arrested. I work for IHSS and part of the policy is to report any abuse on a caregivers part and yes I’ll be reporting it as soon as I see it. I’m not tolerating any abuse
Some care givers cannot be trusted around loved ones. The best thing do is to install Cameras.

This is exactly why, I would NEVER!!, put a family member in a care taking business or have a representative of a care taking business come into my home to look after my love one. Lets not forget, they are strangers and the home surroundings maybe something they envy, and will take it out on the patient. That's exactly what happened in this video. The patient was rich and the caretaker was not. Word to the wise, handle your own business by taking care of your own. I digress.

I'm 61 and unfortunately disabled. I don't need a caregiver now, but i needed one 17 years ago after a botched esophageal/stomach surgery and i was in the icu for 11 days. When I came too, my lips were so broke open and bloody, I was in tears. Thank goodness I had my hubby to take care of me, I was very well taken care of by him. My lips took 2 months to heal and I have such deep awful scars that even now when I look in the mirror I tear up 😢😢. Thank God though I didn't have any of these "caretakers" in my life anymore. 11 days of not giving a hoot about their patient (me) was more than enough.

I and My mom used to work in the hospital, this is so heartbreaking to see, I had to take care of my mom and sister,when they were ill, both have passed on now, it is so heart breaking

I knew from the beginning that she was a ‘plant’, to report all of the happenings. She couldn’t hold her bladder and had to urinate on herself while being verbally abused. Due to the shortness of these clips, the pieces needed to explain the full story is missing. These should be at least 30 minutes in length. Good job though.

This is the scary part of getting sick. I was sick and needed care at one time for about 2 years I am very independent and it was humbling and very emotional to have to depend on others I was blessed that my people never made me feel like a burden but I felt that way constantly. I can't imagine my😢 mentality if I had someone like this looking after me terrifying
