You can’t expect loyalty when you are that far behind in paying people.
The worst I have experienced is 5 weeks behind. That was really tough.
We pretty much stopped working. We only worked when management was about.
I was in the maintenance department, and we had hiding spots, and we go off and play cards (not for money).
But when we were paid, we would work hard.
I wonder if they could not pay the manager for four months? Or if the customers could eat without paying?
