This kind of thing happens everyday in the work force. Yes, there are beautiful women in the workplace. They can't help how they look, but, it's not an invite to sexual harassment. Too say, that such behavior creates a hostile work environment, would be an understatement. This video demonstrates the importance of making management aware of, what goes on in the office that is not appropriate. As my mother use to say, "sometimes, you have to let people know, what you are going through". Moci, it's another five star review for you. You keep hitting them out of the park. Keep it up.

It's true the general manager should have done something about his behavior, no matter what, with no excuse. Because he is related to the CEO should not be a factor. He should be reprimanded like everyone else in the company. In some companies in the US, family members are not allowed to work in the same company because favoritism could be shown and that family member could feel privileged. I was happy to see the CEO was doing something about his brothers behavior and possibly fire him. The general manager should have been fired immediately.
Dont give anyone any one room for harrasment no matter who he or she is
