Didn’t even realise how small the channel was, the quality id the video was on par with the bigger ones. Well done!
Thanks for the kind words!
Nice review although i would like you to show us a more detailed demonstration of the truss in a hiking environment.I also have bought the truss and i am quite happy with it.I also wonder why your channel has so few subscribers...I have watched a long ago your videos about the supercharger and i think that all your videos are excellent with very nice doses of great humour. Thanks again man
Thanks man! A hands-on demo would have been better, admittedly.
Opinel No. 7 stainless steel, can pick them up for about €10. served me well for many years.
It’s a classic for good reason!
We are backpacking and want to minimize weight
SAK Classic for hygiene
SAK Walker with a blade, saw and multi opener
Opinel #7 SS if you want a dedicated food prep
Leatherman Squirt PS4, which is tiny if you need a plier for x-country skiing or snow shoes
Some great tips, thanks!
MORA Knife ;-)
LAPLANDER Saw...
I heard a lot of good things about Mora. Quite affordable too. Any model in particular you'd recommend?
@@BelgianHikers I have the mora robust and as the name implies, it is robust!
I like it but the thick blade isn't amazing for food prep, or if you're doing some fine carving.
And a saw I hiiighly recommend is Fiskars small sized "xtract", the model is SW73 I think. It's lighter than the laplander and cuts wood like a monster
First!
