I have the exobar new elegance 2gr compact machine but can't find any info on how to backflush the porta filter/ group head. All I can find is the autoclean function pls can anyone help

I have tried running the ten second run with the blocked group head but it ends up spilling out of the top of it 😅

Hi I have this machine and the steam is working but the left dispensers is refusing to work (no water comes out). I've opened the shower head, cleaned it and the bolt underneath but still no luck. The right dispenser was working fine before as well, until just yesterday where it seems to be dispensing hot water for one shot and then hot steam comes out. Feels like it's blocked. Can you advise me on how to repair this plz. I got as far as cleaning the shower heads and the limescale from some switches and behind the dispensers, and the bolts under the shower heads. But still no luck

Hi mate, 2 common places where these machines block up and I’m fairly sure yours will be one of these two points on your machine
First one is on top of the group head. If you lift the top panel off of the machine you will see the toon of the group head. There is a big brass bolt which needs removing (21mm I think). Once removed you will see a long plastic tube with a filter on top. Make sure this is really clean as they tend to block up.
The second point is underneith the group head where the solenoid valve attaches. Rmejevs thr big front splash panel to access under the group heads. You will see the valve coil which slides over a brass stem. Remove the coil and unscrew the stem from the body of the group head. Then remove the valve bottom plate from the group head. You will see two holes, make sure these are clean and free of debris.
Please make sure all work is carried out with machine switched off, water to machine isolated and no pressure in the boiler
