No, everyone is disappointed how expensive weddings cost. Property taxes makes it difficult to operate a business. Everyone already pay sales tax and shouldn't have to pay Property taxes too.
If the event industry offers free stuff to other vendors to promote their services, it might be a legitimate thing.
After watching the episode, I started reading the comments and apparently they divorced. NO SURPRISE THERE! The bride is so mean, she even had her 3 bridesmaids pay for the pedicure she offered them as a gift so they would put together the party favors!
No wonder I couldn't see a single bridesmaid at the reception...

This show was filmed around 2006 ish, so influencers weren't even really a thing yet which makes it even worse lol!! And this show is definitely "scripted" to a certain extent and coached on how to act to fit the storyline they want for the episode. In my opinion the way the bride/groom acts on the wedding day and during the interviews on the couch throughout the episode is how they really are in real life. In every episode I always notice a drastic difference in personality and behavior during those parts of the show
As a teacher, I deal with people like this every day.
She is so extreme I feel like most of her acting out was for the camera and drama for the show. If I'm wrong than he's a fool for not dumping her and running for the hills! If this is her real personality the only way to deal with her is both of them to live separately and only see each other a few times a year OR BE SMART AND DON'T GET MARRIED!

As much as I hate to admit it, I have a pet peeve with the word “irregardless” too. LoL This is the third episode of this show I have viewed at random. Im convinced now that these people are not real, it must be scripted because who in the hell would willingly marry such a rude and obnoxious woman like this bridezilla! LoL The groom is either a huge glutton for punishment (he needs to grow a pair) or she must have a golden hoo-hoo that he simply can’t part with. 🤣 Don’t get me started on her bridal party and their so called “spa” day, you can’t tell me that the majority of people would not have quit and walked out after being spoken to in such a demanding manner.
