I legit stayed up until 3am with My besr friend the night before my wedding and made my 1st wedding cake it was 3 tier white & lavender with Cinderella theme. Family brought dishes and besides a pretty fruit waterfall most was family made. Total cost on our end was under $500 for 50 people. If I had 30k omg I'd take only my closest family and friends and get married on a beach somewhere beautiful. * I make cakes now for extra income I surprised myself with how natural it came to me.

We had ours for less than $5000. 32 years ago. $30000 is a hell of a pile of money compared to ours.
