Since the passing of my mother 10 years ago, I have missed her cooking terribly.
Going to Greek restaurants was not the same unfortunately. Good! But not as good.
I stumbled on this channel and now I just cook it all myself as it’s so easy to follow and tweak to individual liking.
I miss my mum dearly, but eat with her every time now. Thank you for your channel 🙏
