Oh my gosh thank you for making these videos!!!! I've been vegetarian for about a decade now, and I miss my Yia Yia's cooking so much (she passed a few years ago). I'm thankful for the opportunity to learn how to cook these foods for my husband and family now when they come to visit and be able to eat them too with them :)
