The Tide Is High by The Paragons. The Delmar Sessions II.

I have an interest in finding a new expressive voice for the popular songs of recent years. The chosen medium is the classical guitar.
This is an arrangement of a well known Paragons songs covered by Blondie.
In the summer of 2023 and for the second sessions, I embarked on a recording project at a studio called Delmar in Cheshire. This arrangement is available for download on ArrangeMe.

This was recorded using two sE1a microphones with a U-Phoria UMC404HD interface and then sent to David Qualey who did the engineering of the sound. The guitar was made by Tony Johnson, a luthier operating in Holmfirth in the UK. Felix Justen invented and developed the Guitar Lift, which is used in all the Delmar Session II videos. Along with the other assistants listed in the credits at the end of the video, I extend my thanks to these people and offer you links to their websites, as well as the Paragons video.
