Exactly, I live in US too, if anyone stands in a safeway line & is pulling cash out of ones pockets. That person may be the only one doing so. Also, all deposits beyond a certain amount are tracked by IRS. A taxi driver may not have cash to give you back. Finally, who takes a taxi anymore, we use Uber, Lyft etc.

So first understand the distinction between before commenting anything.

Not sure about too much democracy but we have toxic democracy. Opposition will try to stop everything they can. BJP opposed GST ,now they have done it. Congress wanted to do it, now they are opposing it. And these happens in policy or reform.

      That is true
They don't have any standard, only populism but bjp banked on it amazingly
Congress has a problem when it comes on populism, they cannot make people listen to them now, but I wish things change,
Because now we are heading towards a very autocratic model, which was also during indira's time

Fortuntly for BJP they have taken hard right turn economically and it seems to be working otherwise if less growth continued for more time they would have lost 2024 election as well. education system in India waste precious early 18 to 20 years in schools after birth whereas in developed countries this is achieved just under 16 years of age on an average. After that no clear vision except to look outside India. who needs to be blamed here ? you need to focus focus focus only on channelling the outflow of workforce(after all you intend to create work force from educational institutions ) . you need to create more world class manufacturing units even in the tourism sector (even if India wants to be a spiritual tourist hub and I believe there is scope ). Comparative analysis of world tourist spots can provide some useful insights relevant in Indian context. Second more needs to be manufactured/done in agriculture sector and the corresponding agriculture market including all the what, when, where, and why. Same is with availability of clean water.

You have no idea what you are talking about. A Govt.'s job in a market economy is not to own manufacturing units. Just look at the most successful market economies US, UK, France, Germany, Australia, Japan & see what fraction of businesses do they own. It is Global competition that leads to excellence. India needs to follow that model - Govt should disinvest it's stake in OFB, IOC, SAIL, BP, BHEL, Air India etc, and let these orgs. stand on their own two feet.
