Howdy Dan, We are MH listed and we have yet to discover a single advantage that actually works out in our favor. We are lucky in that only the exteriors, terraces, ancient battlements and tower are listed. If the interiors had been listed we probably would have never brought the property. Great video ! I see references to co-ownership occasionally. Have you, or would you, summarize that sometime please?
I would guess you are refering to "Co-proprieté" which isn't so much co-ownership, but common areas, ie the hall, staircase and/or lift in a block of flats. This rarely concerns chateaux
its hard if not impossible for me to concentrate with the loud piano going.
