We shouldn’t make things complicated and keep simple by adapting US practice between state court vs federal court clearly spelled out the different jurisdiction and the coexistence between the two...no need reinvent the wheel

Easier said than done professor. Dont go giving litigants false hopes. Donr even mention the costs associated with pursuing these claims.
