What are the make/model of those wheels? They did not come from the factory?
They're not factory, no... Neo charges a hefty amount for factory alloy wheels so we add our own here at the shop to pass along a cost savings to you. Not sure what the make and model is though... Treddit sends random wheels to us each order so it changes often.
Can the tie down track be mounted full floor length? One each on the outside and a double strip in the center?
Neo's placement of the tie down system is fixed because it's all programmed/automated, but we can add surface mount e-track as needed, or D-rings.

All that was impressive until I saw the wood belly...... really?
At least cover it with some membrane.. or you know ditch the wood completely and sell an aluminum plank floor like were looking for in an ALUMINUM TRAILER
An extruded floor is nice, most won't want to pay for it as it adds about $1500 or so to that trailer, more like $2000 if you cover the ramp too.
I'd be curious how many cargo trailers you've been around. I've been doing this 11 years, everyone builds them this same way, pretty much. Trailers from down south doesn't undercoat, which is the problem (premature rust) in our climate, not the wood. I've seen 2 floors need a panel or two replaced on trade in (cause was a roof leak), and 1 under warranty from a customer parking over grass/parked a 40hp compact tractor with backhoe exactly between crossmembers and it cracked a panel. I guess everyone in the industry must be doing it wrong! :-)
