The squirrels in my sister's yard will come and scratch on the screen door to get the cat to come out to play!
We have a raven (Edgar) who lives on our deck, I built a nesting box for him so he's around most of the time, and it's taken him years to get accustomed to the squirrels that visit. But now he'll grab nuts and seeds from a bucket next to my chair and drop those on the rail for them. He still yells at them, but at least he's trying to be nice in his own way. 😆

My little sister & I had 2 pet squirrels 🐿️ 1992🐿️ That my Mom found in the road in Frisco ,Texas where she was a librarian 📚She brought them home to us knowing they would be cared for. She doesn’t like any kind of pets but didn’t even know what they were because they had just been born;)
Well they turned out to be squirrels 😹🤍🐿️Chip&Dale🐿️
We wound up having, rabbits & a pack of dogs/cats that in Prosper,T.X. That part was awesome 👏🏽 Go Eagles 💚🦅🤍
They were definitely worth all the trouble. To this day my baby brother still talks about one of the biggest dogs in the pack-“Germy”🐶🐾🐕
