He is one of the most underrated actors, he's funny, his voices are unique and very animated, and he's different in almost every movie.

I love how K-2SO hits Cassian and says
"And there's a fresh one if you mouth off again!" It made me laugh xD
It also makes Cassian laugh - it was improvised and it worked incredible
His English accent and pronunciation in the movie is pretty spot on IMO.
He's really good at accents in general. He's also done a Diego Luna impression in several interviews and it's spot on

Not gonna lie, K2 was probably my least favorite death. Fucking shattered my heart and I cried like a little girl when he sacrificed himself to give Jyn and Cassian extra time
Alan Tudyk voiced Candy King in the film Wreck-It Ralph, did Wash in Firefly, played Alpha in Dollhouse, voiced Joker in Harley Quinn.
He’s a good stunt actor in Transformers 2.
Alan Tudyk deserves a lot of credit for bringing K2:SO to life. The CG was amazing on it as well. It looked practical.
Thanks for sharing this video! It was quite insightful! I am so impressed with Alan Tudyk as an actor. He made me fall in love with K-2SO. We definitely needed this character to bring some sassy light-hearted humor to this dark and gritty film. K-2SO had all the good lines and was of one my favorite characters in Rogue One!
I like this guy, he sounds like he knows his shit.
The first thing I saw Tudyk in was A Knight's Tale. I didn't realise he was American till I saw him in other things. He's a master of voices.
He was also in a relatively unknown little Stephen King adaption that same year called Hearts In Atlantis in which he played a conman at a carnival. Great actor. Very versatile.

@ 1:09 Jyn is holding the disc...but in the movie they never made it to the beach with the disc. Now I'm curious to see what alternate endings were proposed! However, I think the way the film ended is still fine.

Me too! I remember working on a beach scene shot and was bummed that the whole ending got reworked, so it was cut. It would have been interesting to see how they wrapped it up with everyone back together.

His character had a grave with a grieving widow standing over it. I think he's dead.
Alan is one of the most under rated greatest actors of our time, why he isnt leading every awards show nomination makes no sense
Wow! I didn’t realize that he was fully physically moving and three dimensional he acting out the actions of the character as well as voicing it! Holy smokes he should really get an award for that performance

great actor, funny character. Glad we got to see .2 seconds of the robot in action.

Yeah they were supposed to run from the archives to the antenna, which you can see as they're running towards the AT-ACTs. The ending was supposed to be a bit longer.

Ricardo Becerra He was a fuly CGI character. No pratical effects were used. Alan was referring to him in the motion capture suite. They just gave him stilts so that he could act opposite the cast, and they would have a clear reference of the characters hight
